I think the above info is something I posted on this forum a while ago.

You might find the attached scan of a USCO report useful. I have also attached the original registration from the Cumulative Catalogue of Copyright Entries 1950-59

I think this one's a misfire, sent to me when it should have been sent to you perhaps? (I've no idea why anyone would post this to me on this thread - I didn't ask the question nor did I provide the answer!) If memory serves, this is the claim and not the registration of copyright, as they missed the filing date. You may wish to know/respond to this, VC.

You are awesome. I asked that question a few days ago and got no answer and this was EXACTLY the info I was looking for. Can I tell you that I love you and not sound weird doing it? Ah, who cares. I love you! - Gen :)

Did you mean, perhaps, to send that to Video Cellar and not me, as he's the one who provided its status?

I don't believe that specific song actually appears in the theatrically released version of the film.

Even if it does, as a registered unpublished musical work, it would have effectively been published within the film, which would mean it was published with a 1959 copyright notice. This could render the renewal invalid.
